I have also expereinced these...and still 9 mos post-op...on occasion have these cramps...aches...when I was about 4 mos post-op..I went to a physical therapist..which helped greatly.
Now..when I get these..I do my own stretches and I walk..walk...of course, you are too early on to do the walking..but, I find just stretching the leg..helps.

I should also say that I am prone to sciatica and this always affects my left leg when it flairs up.
