... It seems you may have malunion of the bones, as a result your joint is not congruent and leads to muscle inbalance. I don't know if it can be fixed surgically, by in the meantime to reduce the pain try to do stretching exercises. It helps me. The idea is it moves the blood helping soft tissue to heal.
