... Hi, Fantaby. Based on my own post surgical experiences, I can address only a couple of your concerns. Call your dentist to explain about the surgery and (s)he will prescribe antibiotics. (My ortho said to continue it for 2 years; my dentist says for life.) The casting so soon is to take a look at your skin and incisions to make sure they are okay. I have had staph after 2...
