... I'm scheduled for Jan 2 to have the double bunionectomy. My Dr. never flinched when I said I wanted them both at once. One of the main reasons is that 50% off the second one. Also the outpatient surgical center (non-hospital) has a discount for the 2nd foot. I have no health insurance (self employed with preexisting...can't get it).
