... The toe pain is almost certainly related to your bunions, if you could see an x-ray of your bones you would see how pressure is being put on the middle toes. You might also be pinching the nerves (neuroma) causing pain. The achilles isn't necessarily related except that you might be moving your foot in an unusual manner due to trying to protect your foot from the toe pain. ... (1 replies)

... ou have to have surgery!!!! Stay clear of any doctor who says you do have to have it because of the change in your foot. I have had three surgeries on my feet, and had I known earlier in life, I would never have had any. One was a Morton's neuroma and the other two were removal of bunions and hammer toes. ...
