... perience. If you do some exercises every day, maybe twice a day, eventually, those muscles and tendons should loosen up. A massage would also help. Yes, those high heel shoes definitely can aggravate all your problems. The best way to walk is barefoot. I realize not everyone can do that, especially, if one works!! ... (9 replies)
