Thanks for responding.
The thing is that it is not activity that is bringing on the shin splints. It is more about my gait and biomechanics. So, there is no way for me to rest; I have to walk to get from A to B. I truly wish it were this simple to address.

... e socks and put the splint over the toe socks. I don't know if that would help you or not and I don't really know if toe socks are still available but it made my splints more comfortable and kept my feet warm at the same time. I hope your foot is feeling better now. ... (17 replies)
