I have been reading your post, sounds like your surgery went really well. I too am having bilateral scarf osteotomy next Tuesday and I'm freaking out a little! So much so that I'm close to canceling it, even after I have made all arrangements with work/home etc. What really freaks me out is the thought that the pain in my feet might be worse than it already... ... I wish you well on your recovery. Be aware that that foot may be weak for a while, and that it helps to strengthen that foot. I learned a few exercises from my physical therapist. I have learned that it is important to follow up on them.
Because my foot is weakened, I sprained my ankle several months back, and it is a slow healing process.
