... have lots of trouble later on in life! You can take your foot and place it on a tennis ball and rub back and forth as well as do other stretching exercises. ... The fact that your foot is changing, by NO MEANS, indicates that you have to have surgery!!!! Stay clear of any doctor who says you do have to have it because of the change in your foot. I have had three surgeries on my feet, and had I known earlier in life, I would never have had any. One was a Morton's neuroma and the other two were removal of bunions and hammer toes. ...
