Once I was able to put my full weight on my foot I started physical therapy for 16 weeks which did help to build up the muscles in my leg and foot however, I was still having an enormous amount of pain in my foot. ... ... I haven't even tried to put weight on it. I don't plan on it for a while but what about moving about on crutches? Or should I just try to keep it elevated as much as possible. There are no pieces of bone floating around in my foot. Its a single fracture. (13 replies)
