My foot has definately got better as the ball of my foot under my other toes doesnt hurt as much as it did a month ago but the big toe joint does feel as if i am walking on a pebble and sometimes i cant bend it due to the pain. ... Amy, thanks for the reply. I now wear tennis shoes and my foot does not swell during the day, but at night, when I take the shoes off and take a shower, my ankle and foot starts to swell. I do not know why.I sleep with my foot elevated and it is fine in the morning. ... (17 replies)
