... I have Achilles tendinitis and orthopedic surgeon put me in cast for seven weeks. Now I have boot for three weeks. My foot is still swollen even though I soak my foot in water with EPSON salts, I ice it three times a day and I elevate,,,,,now the bottom of my heel hurts and I get scared. ... (1 replies)
... in I had percocet and dilauded it worked great to get the pain down and the percocet controlled it. I only needed the dilauded for the first few days. And yes it hurts to move your foot without support, also putting it down from being elevated is a killer, but you will notice improvement everyday. ... (87 replies)
