Narrow heels?

... since i have had all these foot surgeries just on the toes, i cant fit into regular pumps. my heel is so narrow now that i slip out of shoes that dont have a strap. i can find pumps that are comfortable in the toe area, but the back i slip out of. i never experienced anything like this before. ... ... Hi Debbie! Thanks for your reply! :) I guess 2" will have to do then. You're right, I do find extreme discomfort from the shoes that force the toes into a narrow point - almost all of the nice dress shoes tend to cram all the toes together - especially the big toe at an angle.
