... Since you had this issue last year I'm assuming it's been taken care of. I was diagnosed with it a few weeks ago and immediately began wearing a night foot splint with injections (2x two weeks apart). The pain is gone and I'm left with a rather numb heel - much preferable to the pain. How about you? Did it ever return? Susan (1 replies)

... Thats exactly what I mean. I don't understand what it is. I did ask a nurse who is a friend of mine and she had never heard of it. I figure its bc my calf muscles are really tight from my ankle surgery so I have been stretching them. I am also going to try new shoes to see if the cautioning in these ones is worn out.
