... What you could be dealing with right now is instability due to your lax ligaments. After you sprain your ankle, even just a mild one, it stretches out your ligaments. Which can cause more sprains in the future. ... (1 replies)

... s working 12 hours shifts on my feet. So I wore it on my pants like a pager and the wires ran down my leg and the electrodes attached to 2 different places on my ankle and foot. I could turn it on and then up and down depending on how much pain I needed it to block. That worked nicely. ... (12 replies)
