... Hardware is plates or screws. So you've had all yours removed? Have you tried the anti inflammatories full time? Did they help when you did use them? It may be that you will always need them - esp if you had lost of lot of cartilege. ( i had two cheilectomies - similar to bunionectomy). Have you tried lidocaine patches?
