... a two year degree. There's also a 4 year Bachelors' degree. I chose the AS degree because I wanted to start working right away, but I'll definitely go back for the bachelor's. ... that all nurses go through. Once out with your license, it is just a matter of being hired in that field. You can put specialty in your nursing, but it comes along with Continued Education courses that you take while an RN. ... (2 replies)
