... It used to at least. In the early 90s I carried a Blue Cross plan like that in California. It was a 'catastrophic' plan - huge deductible that more or less was just useful for something severe - like getting hit by a car as a ped. Generally, Blue Cross has good plans in all states - but I dont know each one individually so I cant guarantee you will get what you are looking... (2 replies)
