... it is so bizarre...but it is real. A lot of people hear it in the UK. You are not alone...and it is getting louder from some people's reports. Type in a search engine HUM in England and you will be surprised. I doubt it is a problem with your ears. I've given up that it is a physical thing. ... (12 replies)

... I think you need to see a neurotologist - inner ear specialist. They would do a hearing test among other things probably> Sometimes a hearing test if there is a hearing loss of some kind tells them something by the range of frequency that is lost. But the possibilities are numerous, I would see a specialist. (1 replies)

I not only hear a drone type of low frequency hum but I also hear the high pitch tone like the high pitch beeep you hear when you are in the sound proof room while taking a hearing test. ...
