... Soft mouth splint made by a maxillary surgeon and the first week or two will be difficult and when you have a cold unfortunately it gets worse for a bit. It is a struggle. I have had bmt tubes at in the past as the jaw muscles expanded to press eustatian tubes. Very important to find a way to relax. almost two weeks ago I came down with a flu. Couple days into it my left ear clogged up after a shower and the next morning my ear was still clogged, painful and I had this high pitched buzzing sound that just would not go away. After 2 days of it not getting better I decided to go to urgent care.
