... Soft mouth splint made by a maxillary surgeon and the first week or two will be difficult and when you have a cold unfortunately it gets worse for a bit. It is a struggle. I have had bmt tubes at in the past as the jaw muscles expanded to press eustatian tubes. Very important to find a way to relax. No hard chewy foods or gum or anything with a lot of caffiene,and take one day... (3 replies)
