hi,
if my hear rate accelerates after i drink red wine , does it mean that i m allergic to red wine/ alcohol? my whole body will turn red and there will be red patches on my body.

also what is the proper way of breathing? i always tot that when u inhale, ur navel comes in and when u exhale, ur navel goes out. but it seems that it shld be the opposite way. is that so?

i feel that my heart beats very fast at times. i can feel my heart beats for example in my ears or my legs or my tummy. is that normal? when i get stressed, my heart aches sometimes. so scary.

any ans is much appreciated. thanks.

I think wine or anytype alcholol is a temporary blood vessel dialator......if you are also on any blood pressure meds it can increase these effects.
Almost sounds like a MSG reaction. MSG is that taste enhancer they put in Chinese food. It also is in some wines.
sounds like an allergy, nothing to fool around with. Some people have a reaction to the sulfates that are added to wine in the US as a perserative. The govt warns about this, and does not recommend it, but the wine makers do it anyway. Joe
but isnt it normal that ur heart rate increases after drinking?
