Hi Val:
Not sure if what you felt were PVCs during your walk -if the sensation was similar to those you felt when you were wearing the Holter, but the Holter didn't pick up a PVC, I'm wondering if what you are experiencing is eosophogeal redux? Increased vagal tone could be perceived as originating from the heart, although I'm not sure why it would only manifest during increased activity. In case they are PVCs, many people get them during exercise and they are considered benign (unless they have a multifocal, bigeminal/trigeminal pattern I believe). PVCs (any pattern) are really only considered a problem if they continue after a bout of increased activity (during the cool-down phase). Isolated PVCs that occur while at rest are also considered benign. Have you tried the supplements to see if these help?
Nancy
