... You might consider searching for articles/sites on meditation. Dean Ornish prescribes this for his heart patients (among other things). I have done it in the past, and while it takes practice and discipline, it can result in a relaxed state (while you are doing it). Perhaps after practice and doing it awhile, the relaxed state would carry over and you would be less anxious... (5 replies)

... thx but this all happened when something popped out in my neck it was my muscle i went to surgen he gave me medicines alot of medicines and it messed up when i sleep i woke up like i was not breathing then i sleep on left side or right side and then this heart thing happening its like double beat hard beat missing beat etc i went to an other docter he said leave...
