... Yes, see a cardiologist for Peace of Mind! Also, did they do a barium swallow x-ray on you? This is what showed that I had a sliding hiatal hernia. I was put on Nexium and another med (cannot remember) and I do feel better. Good Luck. (14 replies)

... Sounds like your doctor was right. You probably have bad indigestion or GURD as they call it. If burping is relieving the pain, then it is most probably not heart related. ... (1 replies)
