... Vinny, your post sounds like an add for the supplement ;) I'm with Lenin... simpler is often better. The more you try to cram into one pill, the less overall benefit you are going to get out of it. Broad claims that "everyone" should be taking it and "everyone" could benefit from it make me suspicious right off the bat. I would venture to say that the only absolute truth... (5 replies)

... Vinny, Don't waste you money on these fancy melanges of ingredients...gosh, a cup or two of tea with lemon and a store brand multivitamin pill will give you the same or better. The world is AWASH with these "magical" conbinations whose sole purpose is to "magically" separate you from your money! If you want to buy a good heart aid, pick up a bottle of 800 mg. Folic Acid....
