... I wouldn't worry too much right now. If they get more intense or more often, you can have it checked. I was having over 200 a day and it turned out, after a stress test with an echo, that it wasn't a big deal. Mine was from stress. We pinpointed when it started and it was a very bad time at my job. ... I have been taking Atenelol now for 4 yrs. When I was on a higher dose my heart wasn't fluttery etc, now I'm on 50mg and get occassional flutters and skipped beats. Upping the dose probably isn't an option or they would have you on a higher dose. ... (7 replies)
