... That's very interesting. As far as my calorie intake, on a normal day I probably get 1500-2000 calories. When I tried to eat 2500 a day (UK recommendation for men) I couldn't process it. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to eat healthily (vegetables, fruits, wholegrains etc.) and hit 2500 calories. On junk food it's easy, but I'd rather eat good food more often than eating lots of... ... Chris, I agree with KK, it sounds too much like exercise induced ischemia...typical angina pain. If you can still fiddle with the appointment tomorrow, try to arrange for a NUCLEAR stress test. THat will tell you much more and will definitely rule out angina...or diagnose it. The plain stress test and cardiogram is less definitive...but better than nothing. Good luck. (8 replies)
