Cracking in knee

Knee out of joint

... When I squat down with a bit of pressure my knee slips out of joint. I am then unable to stand up or put any pressure on it. if I try to lift it to straighten it it is very painful. However if I lay down first or let someone else lift it without my assistance it hurts much less and than pops back into place. ... (5 replies)
