... I get them alot of OP, especially when I sweat or the sun for much of the time. Itch and when I scratch usually will go away in matter of minutes. Nothing to worry about like I said, looks more of bites or sweat bumps.
Most likely wash your bed sheets, and your shirts. Dust your sleeping area. Shower daily after workouts. I keep my hygiene up to date, but still get them... (33 replies)
