Red Spots on my Shoulder and clavicle are kind of Spread little towards back and 1 or 2 in front which are raised a bit and they vary in sizes but all together (4 or 5) and i am pretty sure there are no FLAT REDDISHNESS on the skin except those 4 or 5 lesions/Pimplish/Bumps what you call them?
