... OK. Got my results. Non reactive. But i'm still little bit confused. Three days ago the doctor said the test is gonna be DUO test. At least he said yes when i asked, but what i have learned people here are tend to say yes every time when they have no clue what i'm talking about...

Really buddy, i wouldnt have any concerns regarding HIV. I really belive this rash is certainly not HIV realted, and further more, ive never known one case of HIV from oral transmission, so you being the first zero.

... Sotm is full correct. Although Oral sex carry a theoretical sex, the reality is you will not get hiv unless they have blood coming from their month. So as this was not the case, you have nothing to worry about at all. Just like anybody else, people have been in your shoes, assume we have the virus. But symptoms are nothing, only a HIV blood test can provide you the real answer. But you've been told 100 times your encounter was not risky and your test is true.

... ARS symptoms, if they happen at all, occur 2 to 4 weeks after an HIV infection. Heart burn, trapped wind, indigestion etc, along with your other "symptoms", months after a zero risk exposure are not symptoms of a primary HIV infection.

... My GP orderded a test for HIV and syphilis at 2.5 weeks that was it. I have not tested for any other STD's. I will post if there are any advancements. I am now in week 6. (22 replies)
