It probably is stress :)....Ive heard that allergies can cause swollen lymph nodes (im a bio major :) )i'll explain how: When you have an allerrgy, what is going on in your body is that ur immune system is reactnig unecessarily to a certain thing, whether it be pollen or chocolate...sooo it prolly is an allergy, that with stress is never a good mixture...hope i helped!
