... Anxiety is so terrible to deal with isn't it? It certainly sounds as though you have nothing to worry about which has been covered, but with an anxious mind that can still be chaotic can't it? Deep breaths and a nice positive mantra that you're ok may help for when things get overly anxious for you.

... I was going through exactly the same as you (with the stress and anxiety). Believe it or not, speaking to my mum about the problem helped me calm down my stress a lot as she understood why I was going through it.
