If only one of the categories was low would that be an indicator to look further?

But what's concerning me is the fact that I heard there is a high concentration of wbc near popped/unpopped pimples and that given that hiv can replicate in cells which express CD4 protein which are present in wbc, does a popped/unpopped/bleeding pimple pose a risk?
