... I'm diagnosed with bipolar 1 hypomanic rapid cycle....so my mood shifts daily if not more, and I never reach the manic stage. I'm also diagnosed with ADD. So I get to thinking that the medication don't realy help they way they are supposed to, and that no matter how hard I try I can't drop weight. lean meat, veggies, and exercise. 5 pounds in a 1 month. ... Am I on target here? Is there anything I should do? Do you guys agree? Do I have enough information and symptoms to self diagnose and start suplimenting if I can't get throught the medical process in time? ... I forgot occasional muscle pain, sometimes wide spread. the top of my head hurt for about 4 days not to long ago. that was alittle odd just when I brushed my hair though....then my arms shoulders and butt lol hurt about a week later. that lasted for 2 days. (2 replies)
