... I'm not familiar with most of your lab ranges as different countries use different ranges. I can say though that TSH can move around from day to day. It doesn't say much unless it's way too low/high, but unfortunately a lot of doctors tend to base our thyroid health on TSH results alone, which often doesn't help.
