I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and was wondering the same thing since I have had two Laproscopies for complex ovarian cysts and have had loads that didn't need to be removed, so I have been surprised that I haven't had any (they left my ovaries). Well that is, until now. I just started getting that familiar pain. So I'm thinking it is.
