... That was the worst for me too. The pain finally got better (gas pain and bowel movement pain) after about 6 weeks...the fatigue after about 8 weeks. My surgery was in January. I still have ongoing bowel problems, mostly constipation. I'm seeing a gastroenterologist for that now. He says I have IBS-C.
