... Yes, after hysterectomy everything falls onto (and sometimes protrudes into) the vagina causing a whole new set of problems. I know of women whose colonoscopies could not be completed because of the "twists and turns" caused by their colons' repositioning post-hysterectomy. I wonder if the mass she felt in your vagina could be a rectocele or enterocele (or even both)?

... I've had pelvic floor therapy and is advised to go back to Pft with my new uro. I did noticed that I was stronger when it comes to holding urine after the therapy. I have no ideal what type of procedure my new uro does. My previous uro does the sling procedure with mesh instead of ones own fascia. I'll probably discuss this with her in a couple weeks.

I think the best thing to do is to not rush into this. I had endometriosis and the Dr. suggested a complete hysterectomy. I sure wish that I had waited and checked out other alternatives.
