... ow much spicy,acidic,highly greasy or fatty foods and can try over the counter antiacids like Prilosec,Prevacid,etc. don't lie down at least for 2 hours after eating. sleep with the head of your bed raised by using bed risers or using a pillow wedge. I hope this helps you ! ... (1 replies)
