... I have to say that IBS can be helped as follows: Metmucil fiber supplement twice daily. Helps diarrhea and constipation. Take with enough water though, at least 6 to 8 glasses. Live yogurt/Acidophilus caps/Probiotic supplements. Re-balance intestinal bacteria and can help stomach pain, diarrhea and bloating. Calcium supplements. Helps diarrhea as it helps the...
