I feel your pain, I have been chronically constipated since I was an infant. I got to the point where I was maybe going once or not at all in a two week period. I had a lot of back pain and sciatica.
There are so many things that can cause constipation. What is your diet like? Is it a lot of carbs/sugar? Are you exercising?
