... I understand that there are many parts to making a diagnosis of Lupus or other auto-immune disorders. My ANA titer in December was very weak at 1:40 with speckled pattern to now being 1:320. ... Lenin, The ANA results were speckled and homogeneous. I forgot to add that the ANA started out 1:80 about 6 years ago and held steady at 1:160 for a few years. Once in awhile I'd get a 1:320 but the 1:1260 came out of no where. They have done the other lab work and it comes clean. They have not ruled out RA to my knowledge. ... It sounds like you have been through the wringer this past month. I wonder have they tested you for an allergy to your own adrenalin? The reason I am asking this is because of the lack of history of the habits that cause most people to be sick. Same reaction but If you have not been tested for an allergy to adrenalin, ask for it.
