... Have you seen an immunologist? It might be a good idea to determine if you have a primary immune deficiency. Sinus infections, joint inflammation, and gastrointestinal issues are all part of this diagnosis. It might be an idea to ask, as most physicians dont think to test for it, even if IGG levels are low.
