... It depends on the lab as to what the "normal" parameters are. By my lab, a 1:40 titer is normal. Above that (the next ratio is 1:80, then 1:160, 1:320, etc) is considered high. The IgM is considered a risk for Anti-Phospholipid Antibodies. My ANA has never been over 1:320 in a speckled pattern, and my IgM is barely elevated, but I've been diagnosed with both lupus and APS.... (3 replies)
