... That may help to see where you sit in the "euthyroid" range. Your ANA could be elevated from the thyroiditis, but also, women with lupus have a higher incidence of POF. Endo and AI problems get very complex as you can see! ... (23 replies)

... Hi, normal FSH levels are 10-15 mlU/ml, POF women have over 40 FSH. I had missed periods, hot flashes, etc. though. Still, if you haven't had a follicle stimulating hormone level done, if I were you, I would insist on it. The worry is in the Anti-Thyroid antibodies as I have a fully functioning thyroid, and it's this posing the most threat and likely cause of my egg not attaching. ... I am glad that you don't have Hughes but I am sorry that yu are having such a hard time. ANA can be elevated in a number of non-autoimmune temporary situations, and can be elevated even by just being a relative of someone who may have an autoimmune condition. ... Hi, I had bloods recently and results are ANA 1:160 speckled. TPO was 66. RF was 24. I have celiac disease- dx 2004. Lactose,fructose and SIBO this year. Periods minimal, lost for 3 months.
