... I have never boiled the water for my little girls formula. I do however use the nursery water which contains flouride. I don't drink water from the tap myself, so i figure if i don't drink it why should i make her. Our city water has been tested and it isn't good. I would want to drink. ... (6 replies)

... A few things, you should steam and not boil fruits and veggies 'cause it traps in the nutrients. When you boil, you lose a lot of what's good for your baby. Bananas and avocados do not ever need to be cooked, but fruits such as apples, peaches, plums, etc. do 'til after 8 months. ... (6 replies)
