... Hi....I get that too...since I was a kid -- I HATE THAT!!!!!. I started using a q-tip look-alike dipped in 3% (home use) peroxide (one side for each ear) and of rub it around in there (the relief is fairly quick for me, and doesn't seem to come back that night).
Some nights I use hydrocortisone cream (.5% or 1%)...but so far, the peroxide is working great.
