... dr sismanis in richmond virginia is who i would try to see...there are two things you can look up.....sscd and middle ear myoclonus....look at the johns hopkins web site under ear nose and throat or neurotology and you will see sscd.... ... (6 replies)

In return to your response, I really believe I have PM , but the ear muscle maybe a factor as well. I actually see my PM contracting in my throat, and the nuero in NYC suggested BOTOX, but couln't refer a Dr. he knew to treat it. ... (50 replies)
