... I think Meniere's is a definite possibility and I would ask a hearing specialist (audiologist) to test you for it. You have several symptoms of it. Just to clarify, is this general dizziness or vertigo, which is a spinning sensation brought on by movement of the body, esp the head. Meniere can be treated and may prevent further hearing loss.
