I also have had trouble with dizziness and the eye floaters that started last year. The dizziness started in March 2012 after I had a sinus infection. You might want to see a neuro-otologist. They specialize in inner ear and might be able to help you more. I wish I would have went there first. If it's a virus affecting the inner ear, you can ask for an anti-viral... (3 replies)

I am lots better today! I have been dealing with a sinus infection for the past two weeks and have been able to clear a lot of it today. I had one episode where I felt a little unbalanced (like my head was swaying) but it went away.
I don't take any meds for that. I do take meds for migraines and thyroid disorder though. (10 replies)

I have been told that migraine associated vertigo does not have to cause actual headaches. I would see a neurologist and an inner ear doctor. I have 25% damage to my inner ear nerve and it seems to have messed me up for the past two years. I pray you can get some straight answers and good treatment.
